Our History:
Our firm has a long and proud reputation. Kellogg and Terry, the earliest predecessor to Secor, Cassidy & McPartland, P.C., established a law practice in Waterbury, Connecticut, in 1865. Today Secor, Cassidy & McPartland, P.C. consists of sixteen attorneys with offices in Waterbury, Southbury and Watertown, Connecticut.
Our Philosophy:
Our goal is to respond to and serve the varied needs of our clients in today’s fast changing business and legal environment. We are committed to providing efficient and quality legal service. Our firm is large enough to have the depth and specialization to handle sophisticated problems, but small enough to preserve a personal rapport with our clients. We strive to approach legal problems with scholarship, diligence and practicality.
Community Concern:
Secor, Cassidy & McPartland, P.C. recognizes that in addition to being officers of the courts, lawyers, by the very nature of their calling, have special obligations as good citizens and community leaders. Our firm actively participates in community affairs. Members of the firm are engaged in a wide range of civic and philanthropic activities, supporting charitable cultural, educational and religious organizations. We also take part in state and local Bar activities, not only as members but as contributors to executive committees and sections. In addition, members of the firm are often sought to lecture to the public on a variety of legal topics.
