Biography:
        Attorney Donald C. McPartland was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on January 15, 1969.  While in law school he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Advocacy, Trial Workshop, and Law Office Management. 
 
        Attorney McPartland currently serves on the Leadership Committee of the Waterbury Chamber of Commerce and is a Director and Board Member of the Waterbury Lions Club.
