Biography:
        Attorney Donald McPartland was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on January 3, 1938.  He has served on numerous boards and commissions, including the Cheshire Nursery School Board of Directors, Cheshire Kiwanis Club and Cheshire Public Health Nurses.  He served as an Attorney State Trial Referee from 1986 through 2004, and he is currently Secretary of Hubbard-Hall, Inc.
