Biography:
        Attorney James R. Healey was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on December 11, 1929.  He served as a Public Defender for the Superior Court of Waterbury from 1964 – 1968.  He has served on numerous boards and commissions, including ten years as a member of the New Haven County Grievance Committee (five years a Chairman), and past President of the Waterbury Bar Association.
 
        Attorney Healey served as a Law Specialist in the United States Naval Reserve from 1956 – 1959.   

        Attorney Healey currently serves as Secretary of the Waterbury Country Club and is a resident attorney at the firm’s office in Southbury, Connecticut.
