Biography:
        Attorney Patrick W. Finn was born in Albany, New York on July 16, 1963.  While in law school he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Awards in Criminal Procedure, Legal Professions and Commercial Paper, and a recipient of the Abraham Kamberg Award.
