Biography:
Attorney Tara Shaw received her B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University and received her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While at the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Shaw served as Administrative Editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal.
Attorney Shaw is a member of the firm’s litigation practice group with her focus on employment law. She has successfully represented clients in both state and federal courts and in front of various administrative agencies. Attorney Shaw routinely advises clients on an array of subjects such as anti-discrimination laws, sexual harassment, disciplining and terminating employees, retaliation and whistleblower issues, non-compete and trade secret agreements, wage and hour matters, unemployment compensation, severance agreements and employment contracts.
