Biography:
Attorney W. Fielding Secor was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on September 8, 1942. He has served on numerous boards and commissions, including past president of the Waterbury Symphony Orchestra; past president of The Mattatuck Museum; former Member, Board of Directors, Flanders Nature Center; former town counsel, Town of Woodbury; former town counsel, Town of Middlebury. He has achieved an “AV” rating (preeminent rating for legal ability and ethical standards) by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review rating system.
He served in the Judge Advocate General Corp. of the United States Navy and is currently retired from the United States Naval Reserve with the rank of Captain.
Attorney Secor currently serves on the Council of The Mattatuck Museum and on the Committee on Recommendations to the Connecticut Bar.
