Attorney Mayo’s practice focuses on various areas of law including banking, financial privacy, foreclosures, residential real estate closings, and estate planning and administration.  She routinely advises financial institutions on matters related to financial privacy, service of process, deposit accounts, probate and trust document review, and has successfully argued before the Appellate Court of Connecticut in the matter of Ferrato v. Webster Bank, 67 Conn. App. 588 (2002).  Furthermore, Attorney Mayo represents banks, purchasers, and sellers in all aspects of residential real estate closings, as well as lenders and municipalities in judicial foreclosures.  In addition to the foregoing, Attorney Mayo has extensive experience in estate planning, administration, and conservatorship estates, and is regularly appointed by the Probate Courts as administrator, conservator, attorney and Guardian Ad Litem for minor children and disabled adults.  Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Attorney Mayo practiced law at Griffin, Griffin, & Mayo, P.C.  in Waterbury for 31 years
